Welcome. We are excited that you will be attending the Ready! Kindergarten workshops sponsored by Blaine County School District.
Eligibility: These workshops are for parents of children entering Kindergarten in the fall of 2021 or 2022.
- If your child's birthday is between September 1, 2016 to August 31, 2017, you will register for the 4-5 year-old class.
- If your child's birthday is between September 1, 2017 to August 31, 2018, you will register for the 3-4 year-old class.
Dates: There will be 3 workshops in all: May 4, 2021, May 18, 2021 and June 1, 2021. Please attend all workshops as new materials and strategies will be presented at each workshop.
Time: Please arrive on time. All workshops begin promptly at 5:30.
Materials: You will be given new materials and toys during each workshop. You must be present at the workshop to receive the materials.
Dinner: Dinner will begin at 4:30 and end by 5:15 during each of the workshops. Weather permitting, dinner will be served outside.
Child care: Child care will be provided for children from ages 2 - 10. Children younger than 2 are welcome to be with the parent in the workshop.
Safety: Masks are required for everyone age 5 and older. We will maintain social distancing practices in childcare and in the workshops.
