Thank you for your interest in the READY! for Kindergarten Program.
We look forward to sharing tools and information for you and your children as you prepare for a successful entry into Kindergarten.
For your convenience, there are several locations and dates to choose from within the Mt. Baker School District for each READY! session.
If you have a child enrolled in Mt. Baker Head Start or Nooksack "House of Children" Head Start, you will receive the training through your preschool.
Please share this information with any friends or family that have children that are "prek" ages 3-5 years old!
WHO CAN COME?
Parents or guardians of children 3-5yr old, who have not entered kindergarten yet. Your 5 year old child must have turned 5 after August 31, 2015 to attend.
An additional adult may attend with you to "audit" the class such as a spouse, caregiver, or family member, but only one set of learning tools will be given for each child.
HOW IT WORKS:
Please register your child from this website, creating a login and password. Choose a date and location that works best for your family.
Each class is 90 minutes long. You will need to arrive 15 minutes early to sign-in and 30 minutes early on your FIRST class for a required 30 minute orientation.
Please make every effort to be on time!
CHILDCARE:
Child care is provided onsite in all locations, except for the Glenhaven classes due to space availability.
